Family Planning Service

Clients visiting Maternal and Child Health Centres (MCHCs) for Family Planning Service are required to bring along the following documents:

  1. Valid Hong Kong Identity Card *
    For those without, please bring along valid travel documents *
  2. MCHC Family Planning/Cervical Screening Service Registration Card (for follow-up visit only)
For those who are taking oral contraceptive pills, please bring along the remaining pills and the pill envelope during your visit.

* Proof of identity is required.
