Is my milk enough?

Title:Is my milk enough?

Narrator: Some mothers worry that they may not have enough milk for their babies. Let’s see what Wendy says…

Wendy: You can have enough milk for your baby as long as you continue to breastfeed him effectively. Since my first son is a preterm baby, I am more motivated to breastfeed him because breastmilk is the best thing I can offer him. He is now one year and eight months old and I am still breastfeeding him. Look at how cute he is!

Narrator: In fact, if the baby suckles well, your milk supply will be adjusted according to his demand. As long as you keep breastfeeding, your milk will not run out. If you want to learn more, you can refer to chapter 5 of this video on “Practical Tips for Breastfeeding”.
