Welcome to the homepage of the Family Health Service (FHS) of the Department of Health.
The Family Health Service provides a comprehensive range of health promotion and disease prevention services for children from birth to 5 years and women at or below 64 years of age. These services are provided by a dedicated team of medical & nursing professionals and supporting staff, through a network of Maternal and Child Health Centres (MCHCs) and Woman Health Centres (WHCs).
Over the years, the roles and functions of FHS have evolved to meet the changing health needs of our target population - children and women. In this website, you will find the most up-to-date information about our child and woman health programmes and the service timetable of individual centres. You will also be able to find useful health information on various child and woman health issues.
This website serves as a communication bridge between you and our Service. Do let us know your comments and suggestions so that we can serve you better.
