Child Health Service Booking System - User Instructions
First time users need to activate the online booking account during the following period (activation period):
- within 8 months of first attendance at MCHC, OR
- within 8 months from your last day of arranging an appointment
If you do not activate the online booking account within the 8-month activation period, OR your online booking account has been locked due to multiple failed attempts, you will not be able to access the Online Booking System.
If you wish to activate the account, please complete the Online Booking Account Setting Application Form and submit by email to enquiry_fhsweb@dh.gov.hk or contact your child's MCHC for assistance.
